大学入試面接官の経験から大学における各種入試面接のための準備や本番で必要なスキルのアドバイスの必要な方へ。
■ 卒業論文などのテーマ、リサーチ方法、論理構成などについて行き詰まっている方へ。自分の考えを話しながらダイアローグを通してヒントを得て整理することができます。マニュアルを習うのではなく、多角的、多方面からの質問を受け、答える中でクライアント自身の潜在的な思考を引き伸ばし、ぼんやりしたアイディアを立体的にし、論述可能へと導きます。更にこのプロセスで論理的思考、問題の所在発見力や諸問題への解決のための分析力も身につきます。
■ 新任の教員、研究者の方へ。専門とは直接関係のない周辺関連テーマの授業シラバスの作成、学生参加型授業のデザインをお手伝いします。また、研究助成金申請採択に向けてのアイディアやアドバイスを得たい方に奨学金助成や科研申請三度採択と多様な授業担当の経験からコーチングできます。留学、海外研究に向けての準備あるいは滞在中の問題解決に向けての具体的な名案や代案を得ることができます。
Academic lab
This lab will provide advice from a person with experience as a university entrance exam interviewer. It is aimed at those who need to prepare for all types of entrance exam interview, and wish to know how to present themselves to their best advantage.
■ It will be of use to people who have reached a point of deadlock with themes for graduation theses, with their research methods, or with the logical structure of their compositions. As you discuss your ideas, it will be possible for you to get hints on how to organise them through the process of our dialogue. Clients will not be using a manual, but by considering questions from different angles will draw out their latent thought processes, give vague ideas solid form, and learn how to articulate them. Furthermore, through the process of logical thinking the ability to look at problems in new ways, and to analyse and then resolve them, will be acquired.
■ It will also be useful for new teachers and researchers. It will help you to produce syllabuses for lectures not directly related to your speciality, and to design lectures that involve student participation. It will provide advice on getting applications for research grants accepted. Coaching is available from one who has three times had scientific research applications granted, and has had experience of leading a variety of courses. Help will also be available for those who need to prepare for overseas study or research, or have to resolve problems while they are resident overseas.
